i don't think you should be hesitant for sharing the pains you touch around you with us, it alows us to share with the world what we don't directly see due to our different places, professions..

doesn't the world itself has have one soul?!

2 things touched me deeply as well:

1- the conversation with cancer, i did the same once when i conversed with distress, it makes you see things from a different view, especialy things that we consider to be caused by fate!

2- i agree with you for what you discussed in the fourth section, YES; people who really suffer cannot do anything, and people who see things clearly and complain are not (really) suffereing! but this kind of (idrak) to the situations; can help us do something .. isn't it?!
